This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Foster and uphold a positive and professional learning atmosphere.
• Develop and enhance training and development programs that align with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.
• Establish standards and expectations based on conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and provide training for end-users, partners, and distributors, including curricula, training sessions, and examinations for general preparatory courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training that addresses basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
• Execute projects and inspire trainees through effective training methods.
• Continuously enhance training programs and learning opportunities throughout the organization.
• Modify and adjust programs to accommodate changes in the work environment.
• Serve as the content expert, maintaining relevant training documents and materials.
• Develop and implement effective induction programs.
• Monitor and assess trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
• Identify suitable e-learning techniques and engage in the development and delivery of e-learning packages.
• Research and present innovative technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Ensure that trainees comply with the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Support learning and development initiatives for Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A four-year college degree in a related field such as industrial or applied sciences is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Capable of following established methods, procedures, reports, forms, and competent aspects of the job.
• Able to present and facilitate class discussions effectively.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, with a variety of methods to engage and motivate an audience.
• Strong skills in interpersonal relations, conflict management, mentoring, organization, project management, and influence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field such as training or teaching is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and competence in managing groups are desirable.
