This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee the daily progress of Marathon Health University as a cohesive learning ecosystem, encompassing onboarding, enterprise programs, functional learning, technology, resources, and communications.
• Supervise the learning portfolio and teammate experience to guarantee that programs and pathways are relevant, coordinated, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Establish learning standards, governance, operational rhythms, and a comprehensive enterprise learning calendar.
• Collaborate with leaders, learning owners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to pinpoint capability gaps and convert business needs into learning and enablement solutions.
• Manage enterprise learning programs and onboarding processes from planning through implementation, reinforcement, and assessment.
• Ensure program readiness and coordination among facilitators, SMEs, learning owners, technology partners, vendors, and contributors.
• Facilitate enterprise change initiatives by coordinating learning, communications, adoption, and reinforcement strategies.
• Lead the learning technology ecosystem and act as the Learning Technology Administrator.
• Serve as the business owner for the learning technology experience, focusing on platform capabilities, governance, adoption, integration, and ongoing improvement.
• Assess and implement contemporary learning technologies, including AI, automation, intelligent search, personalization, and other innovative solutions.
• Develop and manage communications and engagement initiatives for Marathon Health University, including campaigns, launches, ongoing communications, and learning narratives.
• Enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption of available learning opportunities.
• Define success metrics and assess learning effectiveness by utilizing feedback, adoption rates, proficiency, operational data, and business outcomes.
• Create and disseminate insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with learning technology vendors, content providers, and external learning partners.
• Continuously refine the learning ecosystem by leveraging data, feedback, business requirements, and emerging practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, learning operations, learning technology, onboarding, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in people management, including setting priorities, coaching and developing team members, providing constructive feedback, and driving accountability and results.
• Experience in managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology environments across various audiences or functions.
• In-depth knowledge of modern learning approaches and technologies, including digital learning, performance support, peer/social learning, generative AI, automation, and emerging learning tools.
• Strong skills in program/project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and analytical abilities, with a track record of using data to promote adoption and continuous enhancement.
