• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• Background in learning and development, leadership, training, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, or another relationship-focused field.

• Comfortable conducting one-on-one professional discussions while adhering to a structured approach.

• Self-directed, organized, and adept at working independently.

• Driven by measurable objectives and taking accountability for outcomes.

• Genuine passion for leadership, personal development, and ongoing professional advancement.
