Learning & Development Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding processes on Sana, HighLevel’s AI-driven Learning Management System (LMS)

• Monitor progress, uphold data integrity, perform regular analyses, and deliver actionable insights

• Facilitate seamless integration experiences for new hires across the globe

• Address employee inquiries and challenges pertaining to the LMS and educational policies

• Enhance and solidify standard operating procedures for LMS administrators

• Manage course assignments, ensure catalogue accuracy, and maintain platform quality

• Produce reports and insights focused on learner engagement

• Create straightforward learning modules utilizing AI-driven tools

• Assist internal teams in transforming knowledge into organized content

• Keep track of documentation, SOPs, and other essential records

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Conduct learning sessions from start to finish, including setup, communication, attendance management, and feedback collection

• Evaluate feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related discipline

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, organized content

• Proactive and dependable, demonstrating ownership without the need for close supervision

• Proficient in using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar applications

• Eager to independently explore AI tools and productivity software

• Capable of crafting simple structured content, such as presentations, documents, or basic visual designs

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, with a strong comfort level in data manipulation and basic analysis

• Inherently curious when engaging with new platforms
