This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and execute learning events from start to finish, encompassing calendar management, venue logistics, faculty arrangements, purchase order processing, and vendor interactions.
• Organize both virtual and physical learning programs across various countries.
• Oversee pre-event logistics, manage run-of-show activities, and prepare contingency plans.
• Enhance and take ownership of the participant experience throughout all learning initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze learning metrics, recognize performance patterns, and offer insights for making development investment choices.
• Manage learning programs within the Learning Management System and other operational tools.
• Ensure precise record-keeping and efficient processes.
• Promote and share learning opportunities through various channels.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders and Operations teams on talent and development initiatives.
• Follow established procedures while seeking opportunities to enhance participant experience and streamline processes.
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Organizational Development (OD), Instructional Design (ID), Learning and Development (L&D), Education, or Human Resources (HR).
• Substantial experience in learning coordination, HR, organizational development, or learning and development roles.
• Proven track record in managing logistics for professional programs and ensuring multiple workstreams remain on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to document processes, draft communications, and present information coherently.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks under pressure and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Possess a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Ability to navigate changing priorities across various time zones.
• Basic knowledge of budget management for delivering learning programs.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms.
• Competence in working both independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday Learning and/or CVENT event management software.
• Preferred: Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person learning events.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
