This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the planning and execution of learning events from start to finish, which includes managing the calendar, coordinating venues, organizing faculty logistics, handling purchase orders, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person programs across various countries.
• Enhance participant experience by managing pre-event logistics, coordinating the run-of-show, and planning for contingencies.
• Monitor and report on learning metrics, recognize performance trends, and deliver insights to inform development investment decisions.
• Administer learning programs using the Learning Management System and other operational tools.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient processes.
• Promote and communicate learning opportunities through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders and Operations teams on projects and talent development initiatives.
• Follow standard operating procedures and provide insights to enhance participant experience and streamline processes.
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Organizational Development (OD), Instructional Design (ID), Learning & Development (L&D), Education, or Human Resources (HR).
• Significant experience in a learning coordination role, HR, organizational development, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to manage logistics for professional programs while keeping multiple workstreams on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work amidst shifting priorities across various time zones.
• Basic knowledge of budget management related to learning program delivery.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Workday Learning and/or CVENT event management software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person learning activities is preferred.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
