This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance, personalize, and optimize operational workflows across OCHIN member organizations.
β’ Assess healthcare clinic workflows and offer strategic insights to member leadership.
β’ Engage with executive-level stakeholders on workflow evaluations, optimization prospects, strategic decision-making, and member involvement.
β’ Provide interactive training through personalization labs, what-to-do sessions, on-site support, and cohort-based learning during and following Epic go-lives.
β’ Offer coaching on workflows, optimization advice, and best-practice suggestions.
β’ Assist members and internal stakeholders in navigating operational transformations and change management strategies.
β’ Design, develop, and enhance educational programs, training materials, lesson plans, and instructional aids.
β’ Gather and analyze feedback and learning data to enhance learning activities, workflow adoption, and training effectiveness.
β’ Work in conjunction with HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research, and other departments on special projects, grant initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
β’ Configure Epic system components and document relevant system changes and improvements.
β’ Mentor and guide peers and new team members.
β’ Travel to facilitate Go-Live installations or training sessions.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role is required.
β’ A total of 10 years of applicable experience is preferred.
β’ Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
β’ At least 3 years of Epic ClinDoc training is necessary.
β’ Experience in supporting Epic users is preferred.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.
β’ This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship either now or in the future.
β’ Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.
β’ Access to high-speed internet service is required.
β’ A distraction-free workplace is essential.
β’ Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English is required.
β’ Must be able to be on camera for all virtual meetings.
β’ Willingness to travel nationally, up to 20% based on business needs.
β’ Completion of a 50β60-minute competency assessment is required prior to the team interview.
