• Background in leadership, learning and development, people development, client relations, business development, marketing, consulting, or a similar field

• Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage priorities

• Comfort in engaging with and communicating to professionals from diverse backgrounds

• Eagerness to learn and adhere to established procedures

• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable taking responsibility for your outcomes

• Previous experience in the personal development sector is not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided
