Lead Value Engineer – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Illustrate how the Celonis platform enhances and supports the customer’s enterprise AI strategy. Assume complete responsibility for achieving significant ROI targets. Develop executive narratives for board-level discussions and lead intricate, multi-workstream value workshops.

• Implement C-level orchestration, fostering strong executive sponsorship throughout the C-suite. Promote sustainable adoption by co-managing enterprise-wide change initiatives and establishing advanced CoE operating models for total self-sufficiency.

• Direct and oversee substantial, cross-regional transformation initiatives. Deploy highly sophisticated AI-driven account planning across a variety of workstreams. Create actionable frameworks that enable the customer to quantify processes on a global scale.

• Function as a master AI-fluent operator, utilizing advanced copilots for rapid technical outputs and seamlessly coordinating Applied Value Engineers for complex architectural projects.

• Outline the strategic expansion roadmap, positioning Celonis as the foundational intelligence layer for the enterprise. Drive product development by pinpointing next-generation industry use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of highly relevant experience, showcasing ownership of numerous strategic workstreams and maintaining an expanding body of expert industry knowledge.

• Strong background in enterprise IT and SaaS (e.g., SAP). A master AI-fluent operator who leverages AI to scale outputs and guides technical teams in complex solution design.

• Flourishes in uncertainty, capable of establishing the strategic direction for entire account teams. Deeply dedicated to prioritizing customer value.

• Expert in value realization, setting the benchmark for business-critical proof points and advanced use cases.

• Proficient in orchestrating large-scale enterprise programs and managing portfolio complexities. Demonstrated capability to secure C-suite sponsorship. Exceptional command of English with outstanding executive presence.

• Extensive knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain and profound expertise in Public Sector dynamics. Continuously stay informed on business-critical use cases.

• Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, a comparable technical degree, or a Business/Economics degree combined with a technical minor.

• Must hold an active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
