Lead Title Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Examine public records such as deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, and maps to verify property ownership and detect potential issues.

• Investigate and address discrepancies or absent information.

• Create clear and organized summaries to facilitate title commitments and ensure seamless closings.

• Educate global partners on advanced title examination principles, including metes and bounds.

• Address escalations and engage in other quality-related tasks as required.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to clarify details or resolve title inquiries.

• Uphold quality and meticulousness while handling multiple title orders.

• Operate independently with assistance from a knowledgeable and collaborative team.

• Foster a constructive and positive team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in title searching and examination within the state of Florida.

• Experience collaborating with global partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to learn new systems effectively.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional tone.

• Dedication to accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.

• Familiarity with pertinent legal and real estate terminology.
