Lead Title Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the resolution and completion of the title process involving various stakeholders.

• Oversee and track workflow from searchers and contractors.

• Coordinate the intake of multi-site projects and manage transactions.

• Review and ensure the accuracy of data within title orders.

• Confirm file completeness, retrieve outstanding title documents, and approve finalized files.

• Undertake special projects as required.

• Provide support for title production services, process coordination, and escrow/title assistance.

• Assist escrow offices and clients by addressing commitment requirements and exceptions.

• Research, examine, interpret, and resolve issues related to real estate documents.

• Function as a senior team member to resolve escalated issues.

• Mentor less experienced team members on customer interactions and information resources.

• Manage and monitor production pipelines and workflows effectively.

• Identify and implement improvements in procedures, workflows, documentation, and process efficiencies.

• Communicate changes in policies and procedures through training sessions and document updates.

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing solutions based on experience, best practices, and sound judgment.

• Assist in scheduling and organizing team activities.

• Contribute to hiring decisions and performance evaluations.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide others towards effective solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and a positive service attitude consistently.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Skills in leadership, organization, and problem-solving.

• Confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to make independent decisions.

• Capability to comprehend and execute policies and procedures.

• Ability to build effective working relationships within the team.

• Ability to drive improvements to departmental processes and procedures through regular recommendations.
