📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of Humana's Site Reliability Engineering organization by integrating AI-driven operations and automation.

• Collaborate with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to enhance the AIOps strategy, operational efficiency, and enterprise automation capabilities.

• Oversee products from the completion of design through to high-volume production release in conjunction with design engineering and testing teams.

• Conduct engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.

• Provide support for product evaluation and qualification on state-of-the-art technology components.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and verify that products fulfill specifications and quality standards.

• Engage with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to analyze and resolve issues related to customer products.

• Counsel executives on functional strategies and critical issues.

• Utilize SRE best practices to minimize organizational toil through the application of automation technologies.

• Lead small teams to broaden the Site Reliability Engineering automation footprint and achieve strategic AIOps objectives.

• Develop and present metrics, dashboards, trend analyses, and updates for executive audiences.

• Direct cross-functional technology projects and programs that yield measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in project, technical, or team leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation settings.

• Proven experience in leading technology initiatives from conception to execution and delivery.

• Practical experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.

• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for decision-making in complex or ambiguous scenarios.

• Experience in creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level updates.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence senior leaders.

• Proven track record of collaborating across engineering, operations, and business units to drive strategic results.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects or programs that deliver measurable business results.

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Experience in leading large-scale, highly visible technology transformation or automation initiatives is preferred.

• Knowledge of operations, engineering, process improvement, and organizational change management is preferred.

• Six Sigma and/or ITIL certification is preferred.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Ability to work from a designated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
