Lead Technology Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all dimensions of software or hardware product delivery and performance.

• Collaborate with design engineering and testing teams to transition products from design completion to mass production release.

• Conduct engineering tests to confirm and validate product designs.

• Assist in product evaluation and qualification using cutting-edge technology components.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules while guaranteeing that products meet specifications and quality standards.

• Engage with product engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and marketing teams.

• Analyze and provide technical assistance to resolve product-related issues and challenges faced by customers.

• Counsel executives on functional strategies, often tailored to specific segments, regarding significant issues.

• Utilize independent judgment and decision-making skills when dealing with complex matters.

• Operate with minimal supervision.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership.

• Familiarity with the technologies utilized in the applications or infrastructure.

• Experience in unit testing and mocking.

• Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.

• Advanced experience in leading special projects and generating metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization committed to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Preferred: MBA or another advanced degree.

• Preferred: Proven ability to oversee large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams.

• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.

• Preferred: Six Sigma certification.

• Preferred: ITIL certification.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees.

• Ability to work from a designated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
