This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Accountable for all facets of software or hardware product delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with design engineering and testing teams to transition products from design completion to mass production release.
• Conduct engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
• Assist with product evaluation and qualification on cutting-edge technology components.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and that products conform to specifications and quality standards.
• Engage with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to analyze and address customer-related product issues.
• Provide guidance to executives on functional strategies and critical matters.
• Utilize independent judgment and decision-making on complex challenges.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Manage special projects and generate metrics, measurements, and trend reports.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Familiarity with the technologies utilized in the application(s) or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in effective communication and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
• Advanced experience in leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes is preferred.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet.
• Ability to work from a designated area without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
