This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Lead workshops for executives and stakeholders to uncover insights
• Evaluate technology readiness, organizational hurdles, and capability deficiencies
• Spot opportunities within the content supply chain, customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration
• Convert technical insights into business value and actionable strategies
• Formulate strategic roadmaps that align with business goals
• Design solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud and the wider marketing technology landscape
• Produce presentations, architectural diagrams, integration concepts, and business justifications
• Measure value through ROI, efficiency improvements, risk mitigation, and expedited time-to-market
• Collaborate with Adobe sales teams, account leaders, and technical experts
• Assist in business development by positioning solutions and crafting technical narratives
• Recognize Adobe licensing and growth prospects
• Foster client trust through strategic advice and thought leadership
• Counsel clients on Adobe technologies, AI capabilities, and the latest digital experience trends
• Develop reusable frameworks, business case models, and scalable discovery methodologies
• Background in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, or leading enterprise transformations
• Demonstrated experience in leading discovery workshops and engaging with executive stakeholders
• Proficient in creating business cases, ROI models, and transformation strategies
• In-depth knowledge of customer data, marketing technology, analytics, workflow management, or digital experience platforms
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and account managers
• Familiarity with various Adobe solutions and related technologies, such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM Assets), Workfront, and GenStudio
• Understanding of customer data, identity management, personalization, and analytics platforms
