This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Act as the technical expert for an IBM Maximo-based enterprise asset management system that supports facility maintenance operations.
• Create and uphold the target architecture, data model, and interface control documents.
• Design configurations for Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile for QR-code request intake, priority-driven dispatch, mobile execution, inventory custody, and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the System Engineer and Cybersecurity/RMF Lead to select an Army-approved hosting and connectivity design.
• Define data export formats and data ownership boundaries, ensuring design portability to prevent vendor lock-in.
• Evaluate configuration and integration alterations while maintaining the configuration register.
• Assist in providing ATO evidence, including architecture, data-flow, and boundary diagrams.
• Create secure configuration baselines and implement least-privilege access protocols.
• Articulate architecture decisions, risks, and planned changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the Government customer.
• Offer technical guidance to the Maximo Functional Lead and Integration/API Engineer.
• Perform site surveys, conduct pilots, and provide system go-live support during occasional travel to Fort Campbell.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise asset management.
• More than 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo architecture (preferably MAS 8/9).
• Successfully delivered at least two full-scale Maximo implementations.
• Expertise in data modeling for facilities and real-property asset hierarchies.
• Experience in designing integrations with ERP and financial systems (preferably SAP-based or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Must be able to pass a background check and acquire installation access.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required if granted privileged system access.
• IBM Maximo (MAS) certification is preferred.
• Preference for Azure Government or DoD IL4/IL5 hosting patterns.
• Familiarity with Army work-request and financial systems is preferred.
• TOGAF certification is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts, or programs is a plus.
• Occasional on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
• Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, during the daytime.
