Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement new features, integrations, and enhancements in accordance with design specifications and requirements.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of related products, integrations, or software within the OCHIN systems.

• Facilitate collaborative sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to devise application solutions that meet operational demands.

• Perform intricate software builds and configurations.

• Offer mentorship and training to team members.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for optimizations and enhancements.

• Provide support for software and integrations.

• Travel as necessary for Go-Live installations or training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science) or a combination of educational background and five or more years of relevant experience.

• At least four years of experience in a similar or relevant position.

• Epic experience is mandatory.

• Proven experience in building integrations between external systems/applications and Epic is required.

• Familiarity with interoperability standards is highly preferred.

• One or more Epic certifications/proficiencies are preferred.

• A work history in Healthcare IT is required.

• A demonstrated ability to identify issues and proactively address them with an innovative approach.

• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert for a portfolio of products.

• Experience providing Level 3 (final tier) customer support.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently from a home office setting.
