Lead Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Establish reliable relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Comprehend customer priorities, evaluate current infrastructure, and pinpoint modernization opportunities.

• Design cohesive solutions across computing, storage, networking, security, automation, and operations utilizing VMware Cloud Foundation.

• Facilitate architecture workshops, deliver technical presentations, conduct demonstrations, and execute proofs of concept.

• Set success criteria and assess proposed solutions against customer needs.

• Collaborate with account teams to create proposals, address technical requirements, and convey the business value of VMware solutions.

• Formulate future-state architectures and adoption roadmaps for infrastructure modernization, workload migration, and enhanced VCF adoption.

• Work alongside professional services, systems integrators, and customer teams throughout the implementation process.

• Record assumptions, dependencies, risks, and design decisions.

• Stay informed about the VMware portfolio and evolving customer needs, providing feedback to product management and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical sales, with a robust foundation in virtualization and private cloud infrastructure.

• In-depth knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and its key technologies, including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation, operational management, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and security architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business and technical requirements into actionable solution designs.

• Experience in leading customer workshops, conducting technical evaluations, and engaging in architecture discussions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, services, and partners.
