Lead Software Engineer – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical guidance on architecture, system design, platform scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Develop and construct scalable, robust, high-performance systems that facilitate critical enterprise integrations.

• Oversee the creation of secure integrations with internal, external, and third-party platforms.

• Design event-driven, distributed architectures while advancing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation.

• Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response practices, and lead the resolution of production issues.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, data, security, and business stakeholders to ensure agile delivery.

• Mentor engineers and assist with hiring, coaching, and career development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building and supporting scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.

• Practical experience in integrating external APIs and third-party systems.

• Proficiency in developing automated testing frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks, secure API design, and access control.

• Familiarity with data modeling in both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with observability tools and event-driven architecture.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, cloud provisioning, and CI/CD pipeline design.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in healthcare technology, prior authorization, interoperability standards, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
