• Proficiency in designing, constructing, testing, and maintaining contemporary software applications.

• Technical leadership of teams involved in building and testing modern, scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

• Experience in owning the technical aspects of a product or software project, encompassing architecture, estimation, product planning, and the creation of user stories or requirements.

• Expertise in software design and development across all layers of an application.

• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop junior team members and the broader community.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Active involvement in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting live applications.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and data storage technologies.

• Understanding of public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.
