Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team based in Poland.

• Design and create scalable, contemporary software solutions.

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader in areas such as architecture, coding, and delivery.

• Advocate for high standards in quality, security, and engineering best practices.

• Promote Agile methodologies, including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Mentor engineers to foster a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

• Support the integration of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude.

• Collaborate with colleagues across a globally distributed organization.

• Work on next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience, including the development of production-grade systems.

• Proven experience leading or serving as a technical lead for engineering teams.

• Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including C#, .NET Core, SQL, and React.

• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design.

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.

• Enthusiasm for contemporary engineering practices, including AI-enhanced development.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in distributed team environments.

• Proficient in English.
