Lead Site Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the company's representative on the construction site.

• Engage in meetings to discuss project progress.

• Oversee comprehensive design and construction methodology analyses.

• Supervise subcontractors effectively.

• Create and manage the project timeline.

• Address unexpected events and challenges.

• Review production team reports for insights.

• Ensure that productivity goals are achieved.

• Develop execution procedures for project tasks.

• Coordinate procurement activities with the procurement department.

• Identify and manage risks and opportunities.

• Maintain a record of project events.

• Direct the contractual strategy for the project.

• Finalize the project upon completion.

• Inspire and lead the project team.

• Take part in the assessment of team members.

• Educate production engineers.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Prepare the Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan (PPSPS).

• Guarantee adherence to environmental standards.

• Develop the Environmental Action Plan (PAE).

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A degree in civil engineering, construction, or public works, ranging from two to five years.

• Proficient project management abilities.

• In-depth understanding of foundation and safety standards and regulations.

• Familiarity with MS Project software.

• Experience with a 4D planning tool.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling the management of multiple projects at once.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make swift decisions when under pressure.
