Lead Services Specialist – On Site Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Execute LOTO operations in alignment with GE and customer safety standards.

• Apply GE Vernova EHS guidelines and uphold site Safety, Quality, and Productivity benchmarks.

• Conduct E&C activities for 230 kV and 380 kV substations.

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance in operational electrical substations.

• Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established protocols.

• Read and analyze electrical and mechanical schematics to identify equipment problems.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for substations.

• Maintain back-office documentation, including test reports and customer site records.

• Collaborate with OEMs and manufacturing plants to address repair challenges and non-conformities.

• Offer technical support during installation, pre-arrangement, and project implementation.

• Participate as a member of a site team or take on the role of site lead, managing task assignments and coordinating site personnel.

• Manage and operate GIS equipment.

• Generate technical reports and maintain site documentation.

• Ensure adherence to EHS regulations and the quality of site operations per GE Vernova protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant electrical field.

• At least 10 years of experience with high voltage switchgear.

• Proficient in E&C services for GIS substation maintenance.

• Familiarity with MS 365 is advantageous.

• Availability to work at multiple remote sites across the kingdom.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to effectively manage site and customer requirements even under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, quick adaptability, and leadership qualities.

• Professional demeanor with outstanding communication abilities.
