📋 Description

• Conduct all tasks related to testing and validating equipment, facilities, or plants in accordance with design objectives or specifications for operational use.

• Execute Performance Services and Performance tests.

• Cultivate comprehensive knowledge in a technical discipline and implement policies/strategies based on prior experience and technical expertise.

• Leverage an understanding of key business drivers to achieve personal work objectives.

• Align the work of your team with other teams and contribute to the wider organizational goals.

• Suggest solutions beyond established parameters with appropriate guidance.

• Tackle straightforward tasks by utilizing previous experience and on-the-job training.

• Utilize technical abilities, analytical thinking, and various internal resources to resolve issues and make informed decisions.

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members.

• Possibly recruit and nurture talent as an early-stage people leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Commissioning.

• Knowledge level equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or GED, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Strong communication skills.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.
