Lead Services Specialist – Commissioning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing and validation of equipment, facilities, or plants in accordance with design goals or specifications for operational use.

• Execute Performance Services and conduct Performance tests.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of a technical field and implement policy/strategy leveraging prior experience and technical knowledge.

• Utilize understanding of business drivers and the integration of teamwork with other teams.

• Suggest solutions beyond established parameters with appropriate guidance.

• Address straightforward tasks using technical abilities and analytical thinking.

• Consult various internal resources to inform decision-making.

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members.

• Potentially recruit and nurture talent as an emerging people leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Services & Commissioning.

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Strong communication skills.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.
