Lead Service Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the definition of vision and the development of concepts for projects.

• Oversee user research activities, including analysis, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, testing, and planning for implementation.

• Facilitate co-creation workshops and brainstorming sessions with diverse stakeholders and channel partners.

• Create and present service blueprints, low- and mid-fidelity prototypes, frameworks, concept visuals, and presentation materials.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, marketing, and operations to seamlessly integrate digital tools with offline experiences.

• Foster relationships with business stakeholders and channel partner teams through effective cross-enterprise collaboration.

• Remain updated on trends and best practices in health insurance, digital health, and service design.

• Develop engaging visual narratives that simplify complex concepts.

• Quickly prototype products and services to evaluate conceptual requirements.

• Clearly express member and business challenges along with the reasoning for proposed solutions.

• Produce high-quality work efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design or research discipline.

• Over 7 years of pertinent industry experience.

• Portfolio showcasing core competencies in journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design, and/or illustration.

• Skilled in Figma, Lucid/Miro, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Capability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Self-sourced internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
