Lead Senior Wind Hub Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal performance and productivity at the wind site

• Engage in daily turbine operations, safety protocols, quality assurance, and warranty repairs

• Collaborate with site management to fulfill contractual responsibilities

• Diagnose intricate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Record all activities using computerized service reporting systems

• Assist in all aspects of site operations

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Capability to successfully pass a Technical Knowledge Assessment

• Over 4 years of experience in wind troubleshooting

• At least 1 year in an EHS, SQC, or Lead role, or over 5 years of wind troubleshooting experience

• Basic proficiency in computer operations

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time

• Ability to lift repetitive weights of up to 50 lbs.

• Capability to climb towers up to 300 feet on a daily basis

• Ability to work in diverse environments, including industrial and power industry facilities

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and be on-call as required by the site
