Lead Salesforce Architect – Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Field Service, and the Salesforce Platform.

• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and Salesforce best practices.

• Provide guidance to clients on platform strategy, API architecture, integrations, data architecture, and roadmap development.

• Promote the adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and intelligent automation features.

• Conduct architecture reviews, make technical decisions, and enhance platform performance.

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams on large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with future enterprise IT strategies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders for global automotive clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise settings.

• Profound knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.

• In-depth understanding of automotive business processes, including dealer networks, vehicle sales, order management, aftersales, service operations, and customer experience.

• Strong proficiency in API-led architecture, integration patterns, middleware platforms, and connecting Salesforce with ERP, DMS, OMS, eCommerce, CRM, and CPQ systems.

• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance abilities.

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or similar Salesforce certifications are preferred.

• Experience in automotive programs and global rollouts is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives is preferred.

• Identity verification through the inspection of an ID card is required.

• Background checks may be conducted as necessary.
