Salesforce Developer, APAC Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and platform configurations independently.

• Execute platform configurations and custom code that adhere to Salesforce architectural standards, governor limits, object relationships, and detailed data-sharing models.

• Create, build, and enhance secure REST/SOAP integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party platforms and external enterprise systems via middleware.

• Develop and configure digital experiences for partners and clients using Experience Cloud and PRM frameworks.

• Contribute to AI-driven platform initiatives by integrating Agentforce capabilities into automated workflows and business processes.

• Manage Git-based version control workflows along with comprehensive unit test coverage.

• Engage in peer code reviews and facilitate automated CI/CD deployments.

• Identify and rectify production defects.

• Enhance SOQL/SOSL queries and code execution to remove governor-limit bottlenecks.

• Create detailed architectural and runbook documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6 to 8 years of practical Salesforce development experience at a senior level.

• Exhibit advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce's multi-tenant architecture, data model optimization, security architecture, sharing models, and platform governance.

• Have proven experience in developing point-to-point and middleware-driven integrations utilizing REST and SOAP web services.

• Show development and configuration experience across Salesforce Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and enterprise CRM modules.

• Have practical experience in managing feature branches, merges, and deployment automation using Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines.

• Must be capable of operating entirely within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces).

• Required to provide proof of passing network latency through an official AWS WorkSpace health check screenshot.

• Experience working in Agile teams and remote settings is essential.

• Fluent English is necessary for daily communication.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce, autonomous agent configuration, and AI prompt integration is a plus.

• Experience in constructing partner portals, external communities, and PRM solutions on Experience Cloud is advantageous.

• Knowledge of delivering complex cross-cloud release cycles and supporting significant production deployments is beneficial.
