📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement AI agents utilizing Agentforce for applications in customer service, sales, and marketing.

• Integrate external AI models and tools with Salesforce while ensuring data security and governance protocols are adhered to.

• Develop custom solutions and automation within Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations.

• Construct and refine journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud, ensuring integration with customer service data.

• Create integrations between Salesforce and legacy or third-party systems.

• Engage in requirements gathering and define technical architecture in collaboration with business and product teams.

• Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and comprehensive technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior Salesforce Developer, proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

• Direct experience with Agentforce, including the creation and configuration of agents, topics, actions, and prompt templates (Prompt Builder), as well as the Einstein Trust Layer.

• Familiarity with various generative AI solutions and experience integrating external LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) via APIs or Einstein Model Builder.

• Experience with Service Cloud, covering Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, and digital channels.

• Proficient in Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.

• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and preferably MuleSoft.

• Knowledge of Data Cloud is preferred.

• Strong development practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar tools.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous (e.g., Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer).
