Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop solution architecture and design for initiatives within Salesforce and Data 360, encompassing data modeling, processes, support, and master data management.

• Architect and oversee integrations with adjacent systems, including S/4HANA.

• Establish integration patterns, best practices, data flows, and master data strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business process stakeholders.

• Bridge the gap between business needs and IT specifications.

• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, options exploration, and trade-off assessments, providing clear recommendations.

• Create proofs of concept and prototypes to validate strategies and mitigate risks in decision-making.

• Provide guidance on Agentforce and agentic functionalities.

• Assist delivery teams with design direction, reviews, and technical leadership.

• Serve as a trusted advisor with a focus on achieving outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with team members and ITPM.

• Facilitate the transition to the support team following solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, and Apex/LWC at an architectural level.

• Practical experience with Data 360 (Data Cloud): including ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segments, and activation.

• Demonstrated expertise in integration architecture involving APIs, events, middleware, and ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Capacity to simulate or prototype integrations as necessary.

• Familiarity with Agentforce, agents, prompts, grounding, and the Einstein Trust Layer.

• Background in customer-facing consulting roles.

• Proficient in conducting workshops, steering groups, and executive-level communications.

• Ability to navigate between business and IT, transitioning from analysis to hands-on implementation.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.

• Experience with survey and feedback tools, or in claims, warranty, and after-sales processes is considered a plus.

• A background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is also beneficial.

• Salesforce certifications such as Application/System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist are advantageous.

• Strong structured communication, preparation, and clarity.

• Demonstrates ownership and identifies risks promptly.

• A pragmatic approach to architecture and execution.

• Builds trust through reliability and straightforward communication.
