Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical specifications.

• Collect requirements from business leaders, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

• Offer technical direction and leadership to development teams.

• Tailor Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and various tools.

• Execute testing and validation of Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain solution documentation, which includes design specifications, technical architecture, and user manuals.

• Deliver training and support for end-users and administrators.

• Create and present feasible solution alternatives to stakeholders.

• Engage in hands-on application configuration to fulfill customer requirements.

• Take on complete functional responsibility for the implementation of enterprise-level solutions from the gathering of requirements through to release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and features.

• Salesforce Certified Administration is required.

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is required.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Architect is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist are highly desirable.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and influencing decisions.

• Understanding of viable solution options and industry best practices.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.

• Experience with integration tools and techniques.

• Ability to perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration as needed.

• Full functional responsibility for the implementation of enterprise-level solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Successful completion of required background checks.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
