Lead Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with international project teams, contributing to the execution of technical scope while ensuring that projects adhere to both schedule and financial objectives.

• Assist in comprehensive risk management activities throughout all project phases, which includes identification, assessment, quantification, and planning for treatment.

• Conduct database population, maintenance, and data analysis utilizing enterprise tools to derive insights and enhance risk reporting.

• Oversee project risk registers, guaranteeing data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

• Generate risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries in English.

• Work in conjunction with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate risk insights into project decision-making.

• Promote the continuous enhancement of risk processes, templates, and tools within both the regional and global risk communities.

• Travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.

• Report directly to the Director of New Plant Risk Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management related to project or operational risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency with ARM and/or Safran or other risk management systems/tools.

• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating risk workshops or managing risk registers.

• Capable of producing written deliverables in English.

• Sponsorship is not available.

• Must be able to comply with applicable United States and country export-control requirements.
