This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operational management of distributor, marketplace-related, partner-supported, and other assigned long-tail or low-touch renewal portfolios.
• Ensure the creation, maintenance, and advancement of renewal opportunities through the appropriate workflows.
• Monitor expirations, stalled renewals, missing partner actions, aging opportunities, and operational risks.
• Act as the operational owner for designated channel renewal motions.
• Design, document, and enhance scalable high-volume, low-touch renewal workflows.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, data quality issues, and recurring obstacles.
• Propose workflows, templates, notification cadences, escalation rules, AI-assisted automation, and operating rhythms.
• Collaborate with Systems and Operations to implement notifications, AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and partner-facing reminders.
• Engage with distributors, partners, and selected external parties to verify renewal status and address blockers.
• Coordinate across Renewals, Partner, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain renewal data within Salesforce and associated systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports that track renewal status, aging, partner responsiveness, coverage, and risk.
• Monitor process health metrics, partner engagement, automation adoption, and exception trends.
• Identify at-risk renewals, escalate risks, coordinate subsequent steps, and ensure follow-through.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Excel for data management, workflows, reporting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Proven experience managing renewal, order, contract, partner, or revenue workflows across both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, including opportunity management, data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and workflow tracking.
• Ability to enhance operational processes, document workflows, and establish scalable operating models.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Capacity to foster productive working relationships with partners, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of operating independently in ambiguous environments while remaining hands-on.
• Experience in supporting distributor, reseller, marketplace, partner, or channel renewal motions.
• Familiarity with low-touch or no-touch customer engagement models.
• Knowledge of automation, AI-assisted workflows, chat agents, notification systems, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Gainsight, DealHub, or similar revenue and customer platforms.
• Background in supporting global or multi-region renewal operations.
• B2B SaaS experience with subscription-based revenue models.
• Minimal travel required.
• Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; Workiva will not provide visa sponsorship.
