This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee sales, business development, project management, and client relations for merchants in the Hotel, Car Rental, Lodging, and Entertainment sectors.
• Provide support to major national accounts operating under franchise models.
• Drive and safeguard incremental revenue, enhance market share, improve customer experience, and optimize profitability.
• Build relationships with enablement partners and manage significant national franchise accounts.
• Discover internal and external business opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis and market research to develop data-informed presentations and strategic recommendations for enterprise clients.
• Implement value-added products and expand the acceptance footprint.
• Execute marketing strategies to boost merchant awareness and increase transaction volume.
• Carry out operational initiatives and ensure adherence to network change release processes and business practices.
• Confirm that partners include the appropriate company products in their offerings.
• Travel domestically up to 15% for client meetings, approximately 4–5 trips annually.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations, or project management within financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations, or project management within financial services (preferred).
• Experience in managing national enterprise accounts (preferred).
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience and experience in creating client-facing presentations (preferred).
• Experience in the payments industry (preferred).
