Lead Qualification Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage client customer service and technical support inquiries related to products through phone, chat, and email in various languages.

• Utilize probing questions and critical thinking to assess next steps with empathy and patience.

• Accurately document the caller’s inquiries, the troubleshooting steps taken, and the resolution or next steps, including referring to the appropriate queue.

• Adhere to established professional escalation procedures.

• Provide remote assistance to individuals requiring support with payroll services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA.

• Successful completion of all assessments, background checks, and drug screenings is required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and French (Quebecois) is essential.

• Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately is required.

• Capability to manage high volumes of chats and calls effectively.

• Strong skills in customer service and de-escalation techniques are needed.

• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are required.

• Proficient in navigating multiple windows and applications to deliver accurate information to end users.

• Flexibility to work shifts according to business demands is necessary.

• Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
