Lead Project Manager – Engineering Design, Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning of projects, encompassing scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and objectives.

• Oversee the execution of projects from initial design concepts to the final issued-for-construction documentation.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in architecture and engineering to deliver large-scale data center campuses.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Organize project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.

• Supervise engineering and architectural design packages, which include drawings, models, reports, calculations, and other related documentation.

• Facilitate technical reviews and support quality management processes.

• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, track profitability, and assist with contract administration.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, challenges, and opportunities.

• Mentor and assist team members while promoting collaboration, professional growth, and project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; alternatively, an associate degree with equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Over 6 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, with a record of increasing project responsibilities.

• More than 2 years of project management experience, ideally in supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.

• Experience in leading or coordinating large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is advantageous.

• A solid understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.

• Capability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
