Lead Program Performance Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract specifications.

• Evaluate past and projected program performance metrics.

• Track the contract/program Estimate at Complete and provide recommendations to program teams.

• Guide program teams and Program Performance Management personnel in the utilization of program management tools and methodologies.

• Consolidate subcontractor and material cost and schedule information into program datasets.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of EAC, Management Reserve, and Risk and Opportunity Management.

• Develop and deliver program review presentations to senior leadership.

• Align program data with contract modifications.

• Collaborate with IPT leads and program managers across various geographical locations.

• Exhibit EVMS compliance through comprehensive audits.

• Assist other programs during critical periods.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of program outputs.

• Spearhead the development and integration of detailed IMP and IMS, inclusive of cost and schedule data.

• Implement schedule health and quality assessments, resource allocation, critical path evaluations, and risk assessments.

• Merge major project and program schedules while resolving network logic conflicts.

• Generate and evaluate program milestone charts.

• Create and oversee WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals.

• Train and mentor staff in best practices for planning and scheduling.

• Direct initiatives for process automation and innovation.

• Design tests for new EVMS and/or scheduling tools, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations.

• Lead the integration and redesign of EVMS and scheduling tools.

• Instruct analysts in EVMS and scheduling tools.

• Develop solutions for complex business needs.

• Initiate process modifications to enhance program performance management efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

• More than 8 years of experience in a technical, business, military, professional, or U.S. Government Contractor setting.

• Proficiency in MS Project.

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

• Experience with Deltek Cobra.

• Skills in integrating scheduling data with manpower.

• Knowledge of EVMS.

• Familiarity with Proposal Support Systems.

• Experience in IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements.

• Proficiency in Critical Path Analysis and Slack Management.

• Expertise in Variance Analysis.

• Understanding of EVMS concepts, including analysis and corrective measures.

• Ability to perform effectively and positively within a team setting.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must meet the eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

• Required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
