Lead Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior program management leadership for the comprehensive and timely delivery of Invenco by GVR programs, solutions, or portfolio initiatives.

• Support programs from the design phase and requirements gathering through engineering development, verification, integration, and production rollout.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and release trains across various product groups and geographical locations.

• Coach and guide less-experienced team members.

• Provide hands-on Agile program management for intricate programs that involve budget management.

• Develop communication strategies, program status updates, presentations, and customer correspondence.

• Implement internal development processes adhering to SAFe and VBS standards.

• Lead or assist in PI Planning, identifying dependencies, and planning team commitments.

• Recognize and mitigate program risks and technical challenges.

• Manage program personnel and liaise with key stakeholders.

• Act as the primary contact for issues related to the program.

• Oversee the entire program lifecycle from development to field trials and production releases.

• Engage with Product Management, Product Owners, executive leadership, stakeholders, and external clients.

• Manage timelines to guarantee the timely delivery of commitments, deliverables, and milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable experience in managing technical programs.

• Preferred experience in product development or business analysis with significant cross-functional exposure.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in managing distributed and multicultural teams.

• Capability to lead a portfolio of interconnected programs or projects, or large-scale programs with substantial resource demands, risks, and complexities.
