Lead Product Manager, Value Realization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and articulate the measurement strategy and roadmap for Next Best Action (NBA)

• Create frameworks for KPIs and metrics that link business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics to strategic decisions

• Establish success metrics prior to development and integrate measurement requirements into use-case discovery and design

• Act as the main contact for measurement and reporting across cross-functional teams and data science groups

• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to establish model performance metrics, evaluation methods, and business and operational reporting

• Translate required capabilities into operational processes and measurement plans across Marketing, Digital, call centers, IT, and insurance areas

• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide decision-making criteria that influence priorities

• Manage the complete delivery process of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch

• Define, prioritize, and oversee the measurement and reporting backlog

• Develop product requirements and acceptance criteria while validating report and dashboard designs

• Facilitate PI Planning and execution, clarify epics and features, engage agile teams, and adjust priorities as needed

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reporting metrics through validation

• Establish analytics and reporting frameworks that measure adoption, usage, and business outcomes

• Generate reports and dashboards, extract actionable insights, and guide strategy and decision-making

• Assess data critically and use evidence to support recommendations

• Identify enhancements and propose idea canvases and business cases

• Communicate the vision and roadmap effectively and lead through collaboration and influence

• Make timely decisions, navigate trade-offs, and manage change effectively

• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to fostering a collaborative product culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5–9+ years of experience in product management

• Direct ownership of a product, measurement, or analytics capability in a complex, regulated environment such as Healthcare or Financial Services

• Capability to manage the product lifecycle from start to finish, including strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement

• Proficient understanding of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement principles

• Ability to define metric frameworks, interpret analyses objectively, and convert data into actionable decisions

• Skill in influencing without direct authority and aligning data science and business teams towards common goals

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and defining measurable success metrics

• Awareness of contemporary technology and data/analytics concepts

• Competence in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to create a compelling business case and understand fundamental profit-and-loss drivers

• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

• Working experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align

• Self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed

• Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information

• Preferred: Master’s degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Preferred: Product or agile certification such as CSPO, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent
