This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop enterprise-level AI agents that enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience throughout the entire tax lifecycle, including data collection, workpaper preparation, compliance, provision, and review.

• Introduce a novel, AI-centric perspective to address persistent challenges within the industry.

• Collaborate closely with tax professionals from the largest firms and corporate tax departments.

• Identify customer needs, develop and launch innovative zero-to-one features, and improve and expand existing one-to-n functionalities.

• Contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product design to define, launch, and deliver impactful new features.

• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to collect feedback, articulate product strategy, and promote the adoption of new features.

• Work remotely or onsite.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on AI and agents.

• More than 3 years of experience in the tax domain, either as a tax professional or in developing tax solutions for the CPA or corporate tax sectors.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a proven history of cross-functional teamwork.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity associated with launching new products.

• A degree in a technical, accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
