This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Myriad’s multi-year product strategy for customer-focused EMR integrations, predominantly Epic.

• Establish priorities that balance customer requirements, business goals, technical feasibility, and platform value.

• Oversee roadmap planning and provide investment recommendations for integration, workflow, and interoperability features.

• Analyze market, regulatory, interoperability, and healthcare technology trends.

• Create data-driven business cases and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders regarding priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

• Advocate for customer experience throughout ordering, results delivery, clinical decision support, and follow-up workflows.

• Collaborate with strategic customers, clinicians, and health systems to guide product development.

• Establish customer experience principles and outcome metrics.

• Direct product strategy for EMR integration capabilities and interoperability priorities encompassing HL7, FHIR, APIs, discrete data exchange, and clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with Engineering and EMR Technology teams on technical strategies, scalability, and platform investments.

• Propel high-impact initiatives that enhance adoption, improve workflow integration, and provide customer value.

• Act as the primary product leader across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

• Influence senior leadership through customer insights, strategic recommendations, and business impact evaluations.

• Represent Product Management in key discussions with customers, partners, and executives.

• Define success metrics at the portfolio level and create executive-level reporting and recommendations.

• Foster continuous improvement driven by customer feedback, field insights, market trends, and performance data.

• Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional partners.

• Promote product management standards and encourage innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and hands-on execution.

• Act as a subject matter expert in customer experience, interoperability, and digital health workflows.

• Eliminate obstacles to achieve meaningful outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, digital health, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in implementing, enhancing, or supporting Epic EMR workflows within a health system, vendor, consulting, or clinical lab setting.

• Proven track record of leading complex product strategies and cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide implications.

• Extensive experience with healthcare interoperability, clinical workflows, and scalable technical integrations across EMR ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders in complex environments.

• Advanced product management expertise encompassing strategy, portfolio planning, prioritization, discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement.

• Capability to convert customer, clinical, business, and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and EMR integration methodologies.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation.

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and align teams in intricate environments.

• Strategic, analytical, and commercially oriented, with robust business acumen.

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset aimed at measurable outcomes and long-term value.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight materials up to 20 lbs.

• Willingness to travel to off-site locations for meetings or training sessions as necessary.
