Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple interconnected product domains or a single product domain with significant regulatory implications.

• Take ownership of major product launches through a hands-on approach.

• Establish direction and priorities informed by client needs, product analytics, and business objectives.

• Analyze regulations, API documentation, and operational processes to form stances prior to Legal and Compliance evaluation.

• Draft comprehensive specifications for product launches.

• Drive decisions through to delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Guide products through testing and launch phases, and manage their ongoing operations.

• Evaluate the research, decisions, and specifications of other product managers.

• Assist in the recruitment of product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in launching a complex financial or fintech product, including the capacity to articulate failures and detailed product decisions.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to interpret documentation, trace data flows, and understand system behavior in collaboration with engineers.

• Ability to independently query data and clarify every cited figure.

• Regular application of AI in product development, validated against documentation, data, and other primary sources.

• Experience in making product decisions across interrelated areas.

• Background in reviewing the research, decisions, and specifications of fellow product managers.

• Experience in assisting with the hiring of product managers.

• Professional experience in financial or fintech products is required on the application form, ranging from no experience to over 5 years.
