This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Establish the strategy for the AI Platform tribe and take ownership of its comprehensive roadmap.
• Analyze the usage, costs, and requirements of internal tools, then outline and advocate for the roadmap.
• Oversee Joker, Joko's internal AI assistant, and Gotham, the identity and permissions framework.
• Advance Joker towards a production-ready agent platform.
• Implement Gotham's permission model to ensure agents operate within users' authorized access.
• Develop an automation layer utilizing scoped tools, agent instructions, and workflow automation.
• Transition away from outdated tools and systematically deactivate legacy systems.
• Manage security, compliance, and reliability, encompassing identity and access, data retention, log centralization, audits, and test coverage.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide Product Managers.
• Establish benchmarks for product discovery and delivery while directing engineers and designers.
• Act as the liaison for Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Data, and Customer Care.
• Define and communicate success metrics through time savings, cost reductions, risk mitigation, and internal team adoption.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
• Strong background in internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is highly advantageous.
• Regular use of AI tools with an understanding of agent capabilities and limitations.
• Comfortable designing solutions for internal users.
• A solid technical interest in infrastructure, identity, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
• Coding skills are not essential, but a comprehension of system functionality is required.
• Demonstrated success in people management.
• Ability to align priorities, mediate between senior stakeholders, and make trade-offs clear.
• A data-driven and impact-focused mindset.
• Effective, structured communication skills with the ability to convey technical subjects in terms of business impact.
• Located in France or Spain.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Driven by ownership, resilience, entrepreneurship, and motivated by high-impact operational challenges.
