Lead Product Manager, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for consumer AI and Pro AI initiatives.

• Lead the customer AI chat feature that addresses inquiries and performs tasks such as skipping or rescheduling services.

• Manage the AI experience within the Pros App.

• Integrate agentic experiences into current consumer and Pro workflows.

• Oversee messaging between customers and Pros.

• Establish the transition process from AI chat to human support.

• Empower external AI agents like ChatGPT or Claude to act on behalf of customers.

• Set evaluations, guardrails, and standards for AI experiences to ensure they are ready for deployment.

• Analyze transcripts and failure cases to identify issues in conversations.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, applied science, design, data, customer service, and operations teams.

• Report to the Sr. Director of Product and lead by influencing across various areas managed by other PMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience launching AI products for customers (both internal and external).

• Proven track record of shipping AI products to actual end-users in B2C, B2B, or B2B2C environments.

• Experience with at least one chatbot or conversational AI product actively in production.

• Proficiency in writing and utilizing AI evaluations (evals).

• Knowledge of AI agents and tool utilization, including actions on real systems.

• Strong data-driven prioritization and roadmap strategy skills.

• Systems-thinking capability, factoring in marketplace impacts on customers, Pros, pricing, and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• More than 6 years of product management experience focusing on consumer-facing products.
