Lead Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the product engineering strategy for initiatives transitioning from concept to launch.

• Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, engineering teams, and customers.

• Develop architectural designs and frameworks for product development.

• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the discovery and delivery processes.

• Transform customer challenges into unique product offerings.

• Set engineering standards for new and evolving product teams.

• Provide mentorship to senior product engineers.

• Shape the roadmap, architectural decisions, and overall product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.

• Demonstrated success in leading products from concept to launch.

• Outstanding product insight and technical acumen.

• Strong leadership skills in both engineering and product domains.

• Excellent communication abilities with customers and executives.

• Strong aptitude for navigating ambiguity.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with AI/ML products, scaling companies, previous startup or early-stage engineering roles, and building new product teams is a plus.

• Must provide U.S. work authorization status; sponsorship requirements may be applicable.
