Lead Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding and activation processes for YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit.

• Establish reusable shared capabilities, including the welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization.

• Design and execute experiments for activation and reactivation.

• Reinvent content discovery by creating modular, easily accessible experiences.

• Oversee and mentor a small product team.

• Collaborate with marketing and engineering leaders to implement product initiatives.

• Create working prototypes, including those supported by AI, before passing concepts to engineering.

• Report directly to the CPO.

• Lead product development for shared capabilities that enhance Welltech's wellness applications.

• Propel significant product innovation and rapid incremental feature development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products, preferably with a focus on retention.

• Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams.

• Proven history of delivering features that significantly enhanced activation, engagement, or retention.

• Leadership experience in managing product managers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in using AI tools to transform initial concepts into concrete prototypes.

• Experience in scale-up or startup environments.

• Must specify location.
