Lead Product Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Convert business needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions across various products within a specific domain.

• Ensure the functional and technical feasibility, integrity, and quality of the product scope.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product vision, strategy, customer and market requirements, and roadmap.

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap by leveraging functional and technical expertise, product feedback, and insights from emerging technologies.

• Document functional and technical requirements, solution designs, architectural principles, and technical decisions made.

• Assess technical feasibility, performance impact, scalability, and product integrity in conjunction with the lead developer.

• Align technical design with user experience, persona-based user stories, business requirements, and the overall product strategy.

• Utilize Studio’s AI technology, processes, and methodologies alongside the product team.

• Take ownership of the product backlog, transforming roadmap initiatives into epics and actionable tasks.

• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, test, and launch products based on the prioritized backlog and established architecture.

• Facilitate development team ceremonies, support delivery cadence, and monitor progress against tasks and release timelines.

• Ensure development teams comprehend objectives, customer-driven requirements, and anticipated outcomes.

• Oversee the product development lifecycle to guarantee timely and high-quality implementation.

• Manage the quality of implementation, testing results, documentation, release notes, and intricate Level 4 support issues.

• Preserve architectural consistency across products, patterns, integrations, and technical decisions.

• Identify dependencies across products, evaluate feature impacts, and mitigate architectural risks.

• Coordinate domain-level release planning across products while proactively addressing cross-product risks and obstacles.

• Facilitate alignment between Product Architects, clarify ownership and responsibilities, and assist in complex decision-making.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for intricate functional and technical issues within the domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experience in a Product Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role within a product development context.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

• Familiarity with contemporary product discovery and delivery methodologies, including user-experience-centered product design frameworks.

• Strong business and technical insight, converting business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.

• Experience in managing product lifecycles, backlogs, work plans, releases, and prioritized support requests.

• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to align architecture, dependencies, release planning, and risks across multiple products within a domain.

• Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI and cutting-edge technologies.
