This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee the daily operations of the video production team.
• Take ownership of work prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for high-volume marketing, brand, and ambassador content.
• Lead a team of Creative Producers while closely collaborating with editors, designers, and scriptwriters.
• Report directly to the Creative Director.
• Manage a personal portfolio of productions alongside the team.
• Work in partnership with department leads, traffic coordinators, video editors, motion graphic designers, graphic designers, and copywriters from the concept stage to delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning in conjunction with the traffic team and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions regarding high-impact projects.
• Enhance brief quality and minimize production back-and-forth and rework.
• Develop and implement production process improvements for large campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with freelance editors, sound professionals, voice-over providers, localization teams, and ambassador teams.
• Manage at-risk projects, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure pipeline visibility for the Creative Director and Creative Services Lead.
• Anticipate team and pipeline risks while shielding the team from stress under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in leading a video or creative production team within an agency, studio, or in-house marketing environment.
• Hands-on production experience, including reviewing cuts, providing direct feedback on edits and storyboards, and performing production tasks as necessary.
• Familiarity with video production tools and workflows, such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve at a review level, and understanding shooting/post-production logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume creative pipeline, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and maintaining quality under capacity constraints.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, including the ability to push back and set expectations with non-production teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
• Comfortable working with international, remote, and cross-timezone teams.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
