Lead Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement and deploy WAN optimization solutions within customer environments, including tactical platforms.

• Oversee comprehensive consulting engagements, covering planning, design, implementation, and project completion.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert in networking, WAN optimization, and application performance.

• Evaluate customer environments and promote solution adoption to enhance ROI and business value.

• Design and architect solutions for data center consolidation, migration, and performance enhancement.

• Create technical documentation and deliverables, such as High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and compliance-related materials.

• Diagnose complex performance issues and generate detailed analyses and reports, including dependency mapping.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic insights on performance management and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory for working with Federal clients).

• Extensive knowledge in WAN optimization and/or network performance technologies.

• Strong foundational knowledge in networking, including TCP/IP, protocols, and network architecture.

• Experience in technical consulting, professional services, or network engineering roles.

• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex IT environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Practical experience with network analysis tools, such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and snmpwalk.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures, including multi-tier environments.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
